- 45 ml of RESET Amaro Amaro
- 15 ml of honey liqueur
- 15 ml of lemon juice
- 2 drops of orange essential oil
- Ice
- Lemon zest spiral to decorate
Instructions:
1. In a short glass, fill with ice.
2. Pour RESET Amaro Amaro, honey liqueur and lemon juice over the ice.
3. Stir to cool and combine the ingredients.
4. Add the drops of orange essential oil.
5. Garnish with a lemon zest spiral for a touch of elegance.

- 20 ml of violet liqueur
- 20 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml of sugar syrup
- Edible flower petals for garnish
- Ice

2. Pour RESTART Distilled Dry Gin, violet liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the glass.

1. Fill a tall tumbler glass with ice.
2. Pour RESET Amaro Amaro, cola, orange juice, and lemon juice.
3. Mix the ingredients.
4. Add an orange slice for garnish.
Ingredients:

Mint Elixir

Ingredients:
- 60 ml of RESTART Distilled Dry Gin
- 15 ml of white vermouth
- 15 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml of lavender liqueur
- 4/6 mint leaves
- A splash of extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon zest for decoration
Instructions:
1. Chill a cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or by filling it with ice while you prepare the cocktail.
2. In the meantime, fill a shaker with RESTART Distilled Dry Gin, white vermouth, lemon juice, and lavender liqueur.
3. Rub the mint leaves between your hands to release the essential oils and release their aroma.
4. Add the mint leaves to the shaker with the other ingredients.
5. Shake vigorously to cool, mix the ingredients and release the mint aroma.
6. Pour the cocktail through a strainer into the chilled glass.
7. Add a splash of extra virgin olive oil to the surface of the cocktail.
8. Garnish with a lemon zest/slice for decoration.

- 15 ml of white vermouth
- 15 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml of lavender liqueur

2. In a shaker, add RESTART Distilled Dry Gin, raspberry juice, rose syrup and lime juice.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to chill and mix.

5. Add a fresh raspberry and edible rose petals for decoration.
