THE STORY
2014
The story of RESET Spirits begins with a challenge : to create, and bring to a world where Amaro is sweet, a natural and sugar-free bitter that is tasty and pleasant to drink.
2018
After 4 years of research during which Nicola Centonze explores the scents and flavors of his homeland, Marsala, selecting botanicals from woods, vineyards and salt flats. And after various tests, tastings with friends, and improvements, it was born...
2021
Nicola Centonze continues to push the boundaries of creativity, transforming the botanicals used for the bitter into a new unique product :
