Nicola Centonze is the creator behind RESET Spirits products. Born in Marsala, the beating heart of the wine world in Sicily, Nicola has a deep connection with the winemaking tradition that ties him to his origins.
With more than 30 years of experience in the world of wine, oenologist for several Italian wineries, and passionate about the creation of spirits, he brings his know-how to RESET Spirits.
Nicola Centonze's name is synonymous with excellence and dedication, and RESET Spirits is his bold response to the art of spirits creation and innovation.

THE STORY
2014
The story of RESET Spirits begins with a challenge : to create, and bring to a world where Amaro is sweet, a natural and sugar-free bitter that is tasty and pleasant to drink.
2018
After 4 years of research during which Nicola Centonze explores the scents and flavors of his homeland, Marsala, selecting botanicals from woods, vineyards and salt flats. And after various tests, tastings with friends, and improvements, it was born...
